Brendan did a thorough, professional job right from the initial contact up until the completion of the sale process. Communication was regular and relevant - I appreciated his honest assessment of where we sat in the market, and the knowledge and skill that he brought to the negotiations. Most importantly, Brendan did his job of getting a large number of potential buyers through our home so that we could generate the best possible sale price. Aside from the open homes which had a good response, there was barely a day that passed without at least one inspection by appointment being arranged by Brendan and his team.
