This was our second sale, and after meeting with several other Real Estates over the course of a week, and even though his reputation and stats are impressive on their own, it was Brendan's laid back approach that made our decision easy. Brendan is so easy going and approachable, every conversation we had contained laughter and always ended with us feeling confident and reassured. But again; his hard work speaks for itself! Our house went online on Friday lunchtime, and we accepted an offer after the open home by 2pm the next day!
