Brendan took on the sale of my mothers house at Charlestown with absolute professionalism in everything he did. This was not an easy property to sell and with the property market falling at the same time the sale was a challenging task. Good advise, keep in contact with the vendor / prospect buyers on how the offers going. Property sold in a reasonable time frame. Very accessible time wasn't an issue.
