My experience with Brendan was excellent. He has a solid understanding of the market and relates well with people. Our communication was open and concise from the beginning. Brendan was punctual at our meetings and overall it couldn't have been a better experience. Genuinely a top agent without the fluff.

Brendan kept myself and my 2 brothers updated and involved in every step of the process. Communication was excellent. Recommendations were relevant and spot on!
Both my husband and I have pretty hectic schedules with work and we found communication with Brendan an easy process. He was highly responsive via phone call, SMS and email which made for a smooth transition from first house viewing to settlement. Brendan was flexibile in accomodating us when needing to inspect the property outside of business hours and we found it very refreshing to be dealing with someone that wasn’t pushy or insincere in his intentions. Brendan clearly outlined the steps that we needed to take in order to secure the property and we found his instruction easy to follow. He was also helpful in recommending other third party services and each person we have been referred to has been efficient, professional and easy to communicate with. Overall, we have been very happy with Brendan’s service.
From the first meeting Brendan was upfront, realistic and had a very good market appreciation in his appraisal of the value of the property. He was in constant communication with us and always had our best interests at heart. He went above and beyond our expectations and secured for us a very pleasing financial outcome for the sale of my family home. Always displaying a very professional approach.
I could not have had a better agent. Brendon was very honest and open regarding my property and it's market value. His communication was constant and reassuring throughout the sales period. He was always available to answer any questions. I could never have hoped for a better result for the sale of my property. Well done Brendon and thank you so much.
Brendan was a great communicator throughout the whole process. Without being overly aggressive he bought a measured and determined approach to the sales process. He also balanced my expectations with the reality of the market and ultimately we had a very good result. I would highly recommend Brendan.
Brendan has been a pleasure to deal with throughout this purchase. He has proven to be knowledgeable, sincere and was always available to field questions. I would gladly recommend Brendan and would happily work with him again in the future.
Brendan has now sold two properties for my wife and I in the past six months. Both properties sold on the first open house, and the prices we received far exceeded our expectations. Brendan was personable, diligent and hard working, with many phone calls to buyers and myself made late in the evening. He kept us informed every step of the way and I could not of been more impressed by his negotiation skills. I would highly recommend Brendan to anyone wishing to sell their house in the future.
Having dealt with Brendan briefly as potential purchasers, he stood out as an agent with integrity. Having chosen him to represent us as vendors, we found him to be attentive, dedicated, an excellent communicator and a strong negotiator. He has been an absolute pleasure to work with, and we are thrilled with the result he achieved for us. Highly recommended.
In all my years I have never worked with a more honest or hard working sales professional when selling property as what I did when working with Brendan. His follow up was relentless and his tireless work was the reason we received a price for our home well above our expectations. Thank you Brendan and Creer Property Charlestown.
