This is my second sale with Brendan and both sales were very different in the nature of how they played out, even though the timing was quite close. Brendan was able to very quickly assess that market conditions were different in the second sale and provide some reliable input on the best strategy to negotiate the right outcome for us as vendors. He even managed to achieve a slightly higher price for the second property, probably due to how the first sale was run.
