We’d been looking for a house for months and had quite a few let downs along the way. Brendan went above and beyond to explain everything and help us along the way and was a real estate agent we knew we could trust. He was very friendly and professional throughout the whole process.
Purchasing a home with Brendan was a very easy process. He was always contactable and always got back to us within the time frames promised. He managed all the moving pieces very well and made things happen ASAP.
From the first time I met Brendan I knew he was the real estate agent that looks after the vendor and the purchaser His advice was spot on and thanks to him the sale went so smoothly I would gladly do business with him again with no hesitation
Being a 1st home buyer, Brendan communicated and guided me all the way through the sale. He explained and answered clearly every question I had with a no nonsense but personal approach. Brendan has been enthusiastic and responsive to every email, text & phone call. There was a old fridge left on the property in a shed, I’m not sure how many agents would offer to take it away themselves, for their buyer , if it isn’t removed by settlement date. I was blown away when Brendan did offer. That is going above and beyond, which makes him a great agent. I would highly recommend Brendan as a agent to anyone. Now I’m looking forward to the settlement date and moving into my first home. 5 stars from me Brendan, Thanks for everything. Really appreciate it!
Brendan came highly recommended and my family and I are so glad we chose him as our agent. He clearly explained the strategy he was going to use for our property and didn’t he deliver! We had multiple “strong” offers after the first inspection and we were ecstatic to accept an offer on the third day. He negotiated a price that was beyond our wildest dreams and in an unbelievable timeframe. The experience was stress-free and we were so impressed with Brendan’s honesty, professionalism, attention to detail and his understanding of the market. You can see he works tirelessly for his clients and we are truly grateful. I have already recommended Brendan to friends and family and would encourage any sellers to give him a call. Thank you so much Brendan!
I cannot quite express the gratitude I feel towards Brendan and it's not just because he sold my house for a much higher price than expected! Selling my home was emotional & complicated but Brendan listened and gained a clear understanding of my situation and needs. As a result Brendan ensured inspections and sale was easy and met my requirements. He had my house sold within 2 inspections!! At a price that exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend Brendan. He is a great agent who really knows the market but more than that, he is a genuine person who actually cares. He made the whole process so simple and stress free for me. Thank you Brendan. Warm Regards Viv Copley
We gave Brendan the difficult task of selling our townhouse the week prior to Christmas. It is essentially the most difficult time to sell a property, but Brendan did not bat an eyelid. It was a great surprise to my wife and I when Brendan rang up after the first inspection to say that he had received an offer that was above our guide price. Brendan as an agent was not pushy, he was very down to earth, and I would thoroughly recommend him as an agent to sell your house.
Brendan , was highly driven & focused from the start to the finish of the Marketing Campaign! Tenancious with every prospective buyer throughout which in the end contributed & enabled this fine result! I'm very impressed by Brendan's professionalism & found him very likeable & easy to deal with. I would highly recommend using Brendan if you are thinking of selling your home as it was stress free and a delight to deal with.
We chose Brendan because of his excellent communication and people skills, we thought he would be someone that buyers would trust and enjoy dealing with. Brendan did not disappoint, he was able to negotiate an excellent outcome with the buyer, delivering a result that was above our expectations. He kept the negotiating process pleasant for both parties, keeping us well informed along the way. In addition, we were impressed with the research and analysis that Brendan put into understanding the local market and developing a strategy that worked. His insights were spot on. I would recommend Brendan to anyone who not only wants a great outcome but who is also looking for an experience that is devoid of the usual stress that comes with selling a property.
We engaged Brendan recently for the sale of our Hamilton South investment property, which he sold for us within a week. We were very pleased with Brendan’s process, local knowledge and professionalism throughout the whole campaign; and felt happy with the result he achieved. The energy and assistance he and the Creer team delivered in selling our property was refreshingly outstanding. We highly recommend Brendan and have already referred him to friends.
Brendan did an exceptional job with the sale of our property. He was honest and upfront detailing the campaign strategy, gave us frequent updates with the progress of our open homes and negotiations and got us an outstanding result. I cannot think of any agent who would work more tirelessly and strive as hard to reach the best possible result for the vendor. I would definitely sell with Brendan again.
Brendan was totally upfront with me from the moment I met him at the inspection. He encouraged me to make my best offer and represented my case to the vendor really effectively. He kept me informed throughout the whole process. And advised me at each stage of the negotiation, especially when I didn't know what was expected of me. I am very grateful to Brendan for his honesty, encouragment and for a being vital part of securing my first property.
