Being a 1st home buyer, Brendan communicated and guided me all the way through the sale. He explained and answered clearly every question I had with a no nonsense but personal approach. There was a old fridge left on the property in a shed, I’m not sure how many agents would offer to take it away themselves, for their buyer , if it isn’t removed by settlement date.
