A little about me:
Brendan is a 4th generation local and proud of the region with a wealth of knowledge about the area’s history to share. Having travelled to over 30 countries and working in multiple industries, he maintains his beliefs that we live in one of the best locations in the world.
Known as a true professional, he started his career as a chef. With an impressive record of success in hospitality he moved on to developing, promoting, and managing large-scale, high profile music and food festivals, and international-level sporting events. He excelled and lead transformational programs that drove project execution at a highly detailed level, overcoming major business and economic changes.
Thriving in environments that demanded a multi-disciplinary approach and boasted a formidable drive, implementing and delivering complex and demanding initiatives, which lead to his revolution into the Real Estate industry. Known for entrepreneurial spirit, creative flair, commercial acumen, and versatility of experience, together with a proven ability to apply high-level interpersonal skills to resolve complex, cross-functional challenges whilst motivating people towards their goal attainment.
This is demonstrated in his career achievements where he has exceeded expectations and been extremely proficient in whatever he commits to. Brendan commenced with his first Noosa Agency in 2016 and in this short period was named “Rookie of the year finalist” in his first year at the 2017 Agency National awards, and over the four years there worked his way up becoming the “Top selling agent” for the Noosa based agency in 2020.
On a personal level, he is a loyal family man and a true believer of having a quality lifestyle balance. Well known around town, an avid surfer and supporter of local restaurants, because even though he is no longer hands on in the kitchen, he likes to keep up to date with the latest food trends.
When dealing in local real estate in Noosa and the Sunshine Coast, he always puts people first. Brendan believes that it is not just about selling property but passing on and sharing the lifestyle attributes that the region has to offer while guiding you toward your property goals.
