Brenden and his team were excellent to deal with for the recent sale of my Monash house. I had approached a few agents before listing with Brenden, and chose him on the basis that he was up front on the potential sales costs, and what would be the best outcome for the sales choices such as marketing type, and styling, and had a sound market knowledge of the area. He also made some practical recommendations on what I could do to update the house and get it sales-ready. He then managed all of the trades (painting, landscaping, tiles re-grouting & repairs, and general handyman fixes) and the installations of carpet and window treatments, and his initial estimates of these was fairly accurate. The house looked fabulous and despite the falling real estate market, Brenden managed to get a sales price I was happy with. Brenden and his office team were always quick to respond to any queries or concerns I had, and were both friendly and professional to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone selling.
