I recently sold an investment property with Brenden. I strongly recommend him. He was very thoughtful and accommodating as I had newborn (house visits, did spot cleaning! organised staging). He knew the market and got an excellent price after 1 showing. A very similar property sold at the same time for significantly less with Brenden the difference. I particularly liked his integrity both towards me as a seller but importantly to the buyers. No nonsense, honest selling and negotiation.

So, after overseeing application of the finishing touches to my rental property, I left the keys of my vacant property with him, while I jetted out of country to enjoy my retirement - whoo hoo no more tenant issues, property managers, strata managers, body corporates, unreasonable trades...etc. Brenden did all the rest, he picked up the blind slats from repair agent and re-hung them, organised cleaners, gardeners, stylists and advertising. Always got back promptly. Initially the house was under offer but he advised me when it was later available. Was never late for an appointment and always pleasant. Checked answers for my queries if he wasn't certain. Happy to recommend him either to someone wanting to sell or a would be buyer.
