I recently sold an investment property with Brenden. I strongly recommend him. He was very thoughtful and accommodating as I had newborn (house visits, did spot cleaning! organised staging). He knew the market and got an excellent price after 1 showing. A very similar property sold at the same time for significantly less with Brenden the difference.
