Brendon was fantastic in advising the sale in this difficult economic climate. Brendan was really great through the whole sale process in spite of the fact buyer demand was falling due to ongoing monthly interest rate hikes. At one stage during the campaign I worried that the property wouldn’t sell as I have never experienced this type of fear in the market.
