There are agents and there are Agents. You have your choices and they all don't speak the same language when offering an apple v oranges scenario. If you have the skill to evaluate that great, because the next bit is to look at performance. You would need to factor in the myriad of different ways performance (success) is measured...and so on if you get where I'm going. In a nutshell 99% clients will select on emotion rather than an empirical choice. So what did Brent do for me when I chose him as agent? He proved he had success, he was honest and factual about my position in the market and price, he worked hard to "get it done", financially, technically (paperwork etc), professionally and he actually sold for me which was the aim. On top of that he is the funniest, down to earth, innovative seller, amiable and real professional.

Both Brent (and his RE partner Olivia) were fantastic for my husband and I to deal with on the purchase of our apartment. They met with us multiple times during our purchase journey and it was never any trouble. They provided us with information and answers for anything we asked and they made every effort to accommodate any requests we had. We were selling and buying at the same time, so, timing was everything, and Brent and his team really helped a great deal for this to be much less stressful than it could have been- helping to arrange early access, chasing answers to questions and really connecting us where we needed to be so everything could happen in a timely manner. There was never any false “salesmanship” attitude and we appreciated the always upbeat attitude. He is passionate, competent, knowledgeable , professional and partners respectfully with you in the sale of your property.. he advised us to auction our property and when it did not achieve our reserve he never pressured us to sell at a low offer but continued to work and we sold at a price acceptable to us.
