I have known Brett for nearly 20 years and he has sold units & a house for me in Brisbane's western suburbs. Brett is highly motivated and knows the market; he works to achieve your agreed outcome & always keeps you involved in the process. My last unit sold in less than a week & Brett achieved a great result for me in a difficult time. Brett is a great agent & a trusted one for me.
Brett knew the area very well, was confident in his presentations and recommendations
Brett has been in contact with us for years with regards to our apartment overlooking the Brisbane River. Offering us annual market appraisals or updating us on the Toowong market variations. Brett's tenacity paid off during a phone call in September 2020, when we were able to say that YES, it's time to sell! Brett arranged styling, photography, videography, marketing and within 2.5 weeks the apartment was "virtually" snapped up by a Melbourne family. Plum Property posted the video of this stunning apartment on their facebook page, and that is what first caught the attention of the new owners. Brett helped us to feel comfortable throughout the process, with accurate and timely communications. He made the sale a positive experience for us, in a market that is currently unpredictable.
Very happy with Brett's communications which kept us up to date with all inspections and the progress of the sale process. Highly recommend his services to any one looking to sell.
Brett was very easy to deal with. Not pushy and always answered calls/messages and knew what he was talking about
Brett was extremely professional throughout the entire process from listing to settlement. He kept us informed every step of the way, achieving a contract within a month. We can not recommend him highly enough.
Brett was a fantastic Agent, everything went so smoothly. Would highly recommend.
As a non-Australian, solo, first homeowner I knew nothing! Brett couldn't have been more supportive if he tried. I asked 100 questions and he provided 101 answers, was always super friendly, flexible, and willing to do whatever he could. I look forward to connecting with Brett again if I ever choose to buy/sell in the future. Thank you!
Brett sold our apartment in 3 days for a price that we were happy with. He was profesional, knowledgeable and communicated very well. I would engage his services again for any future sales.
We required our property to be sold by email/phone communication, being domiciled in the country 400 klm distant. We found Brett cheerful, positive, an excellent communicator who left no stone unturned - the property was sold in 3 weeks. How we found Brett as our agent? a Townhouse property in our complex of 5 Townhouses was for sale earlier in the year, was advertised with a display advertisement on the property that one of the townhouses was for sale - this property sold in a short period of time. The speed in which the property was sold, was the catalyst to engage Brett Andreassan as our agent - we were not disappointed
Brett was always super friendly, quick to respond and knowledgeable about any questions that we had. He was helpful and accommodating, fitting in viewings to suit our needs.
Brett was able to secure a quick sale even during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. Brett is always courteous, respectful and easy to communicate with and he knows his market inside out. These attributes result in successful outcomes for the seller. Would highly recommend Brett's services.
