Brett Andreassen is an absolute credit to the real estate industry. His experience, knowledge, professionalism and personal integrity is unparalleled in my opinion. Selling my property during the 2020 Pandemic could have been a complete disaster. However Brett truly went above and beyond his 'sales agent' duties - even dealt with contractors on my behalf when we had a stumbling block with the first contract. My property would not have sold if I hadn't had Brett at the helm, of this I am certain! He did a fantastic job, I've walked away a happy seller and I will look no further if I require help with a property sale in the future.

A most interesting time to sell! We had some curve balls thrown at us in very challenging circumstances. Brett remained optimistic throughout, using his market knowledge and sales skills to guide me through the process to secure a successful sale.

Brett clearly understands the area and the local market, was polite, and able to answer general questions, although we were never given a brochure on the property.

Brett has been a champion making sales and taking a personal interest for many years in our building. A contract fell over. Brett had other interest in the studio which lead to a contract which just settled. Well done Brett and many thanks

Brett has been an asset in all areas of his expertise regarding the sale of our unit. He even was willing to go above and beyond to help us sell as we are located in Melbourne. Brett's communication and professionalism has been excellent. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

From my buyer point of view, I faced a smart negociator, very protective of the seller's interests. Lucky you are if you have him on your side as a seller. That said, once an agreement is found, everything goes super fast. Brett replies to any call or messages within a minute, finds quick solutions to any problems, and keeps everybody updated at any time. And most importantly he is always a positive, bright and breezy person! Thank you again for your help Brett!

This is the second property transaction that we have had with Brett. I would think it hard to find a more committed agent. Brett goes over and beyond what one would want of an Agent. Better still he sold our property in under 10 days.

Brett has worked tirelessly on the sale of our unit. It was a much longer journey than my wife and I had anticipated but Brett remained positive and committed throughout. He really put in a huge effort, effectively selling the unit twice, since one sale fell through. One contract on the unit required a bit of rewording and Brett gave us better advice on how to go about this than we got from our legal team. He has been professional, knowledgeable and diligent throughout. We have bought and sold quite a few properties in our time but we have never dealt with any agent with the professional skill of Brett Andreassen.

Professional, prompt and helpful. The whole process with smooth clear and seamless. I would recommend Brett to my friends

Always pleasant and positive. Lots of feedback. Approachable and accommodating. Honest and reliable.

Fantastic agent , awesome communication throughout the process. No hesitation in recommending Brett

Brett kept me updated regularly on inspection results, followed through on all requests and explained every step of the progress regarding the successful sale of my unit. I recommend him to anyone looking for a complete professional in real estate sales.
