Brett was engaged to sell our property as he was the agent of the other property we purchased. We experienced that sound sales strategy was missing. He set a negative feedback about the property to push us to invest significant amount upfront by engaging his preferred partners, to prepare the property for sale. The only risk he was willing to take is loss of commission if property do not sell. Throughout the sale process we were advised to reduce the sale price which was below the lower side of market value. We noticed that Brett was not aware of basic industry practices such as 'on the house/ corelogic' evaluation rules, legal requirement for house renovation etc. Overall Brett was not completely aligned with our expectation and we felt that better sales strategy should have been used.
Brett went the extra mile helping us to sell our Auchenflower unit, he kept us well informed and was always positive and enthusiastic. He was also very sensitive to the tenants. I would highly recommend Brett.
