As we were purchasing our villa sight unseen, we were very anxious in regards to what we were getting and how the process would work. Brett could not have been more helpful. He took videos and photos in each room and sent them to us. He answered all our questions over the phone and responded to all our email enquiries on the same day. Nothing was too much trouble. Brett was very patient with us and as we had not bought a property in over 25 years, we had no idea of what was involved, but he took the time to explain step by step and keep us updated on all fronts. We highly recommend Brett to anyone looking to purchase or sell a property and we will definitely be giving him a call in the future if we decide to move again.
