We interviewed 3 agents and Brett instantly had my vote. He appeared to know what he was talking about and showed a genuine interest in the property. Brett showed creativity in marketing the property and was receptive to our own ideas on presenting the property. Brett kept us well informed and was very positive throughout the process. He negotiated times for open home and private inspections with consideration for our personal commitments. In saying that you have to be prepared, flexible and committed to selling a home whilst occupying it. Our home sold within weeks and in a poor market we feel the negotiated price was acceptable and in the best interests of our family to move to a new locality with no loose ends. We have bought and sold several homes in various localities. If anything Brett could maybe increase his knowledge on the finer details, those obscure questions that may be asked. I think though that mostly comes with time. We were overall very happy with Brett as an agent and the sale of our property.
