Overpromised and undelivered

I wouldn’t use Brett Nazzari again. He overpromised and underdelivered—rushed poor-quality photos, made misleading claims about the sale price to win the listing, and left me feeling pressured and unsupported during a stressful time. I ended up out of pocket and disappointed with the result.

Seamless purchase

Brett was excellent to deal with throughout the entire process. He was Brett was accommodating of the fact we lived regionally, working outside of scheduled times to meet with us. He maintained communication and was genuine and down to earth in his approach. Very grateful to have Brett as the agent. Overall the experience was excellent.
