Quality has a new benchmark in Cairns Beaches! Award-winning agent, Brian Byer joined the Ray White Cairns Beaches team in 2016, and has been setting records and knocking over milestones ever since! Only a short way into his real estate sales career, Brian scooped the coveted award of Agent of the Year for Trinity Beach (2018), as well as several Ray White North Queensland awards.
Brian’s success is underpinned by his love of meeting and helping people. He doesn’t see real estate sales as all about the property, but about the big life changes his clients are making, and helping them get there.
Brian has charisma and energy and gives every client his best. He often spends his free time helping vendors to clean and clear their yards, or pressure clean their properties.

Brian is also a passionate advocate of new technologies and modern social marketing channels. As such, he has quickly built a large and ever-growing personal Facebook following of locals and investors, and a growing Instagram community. Where feasible, Brian seeks to utilise 360 degree virtual tours for all of his properties, and adds value with extra video features available through social media channels. On his personal team, Brian has a marketing coordinator, Rebecca, who is dedicated to social media, print and direct communication marketing channels.
As a dad to two young daughters, Brian plays an active role in the community. Demonstrating this, Brian personally sponsors the Trinity Beach Bulldogs Netball Club, and supports the office’s sponsorship of the Marlin Coast Bowls Club.
Brian Byer is also the co-founder of a successful international digital real estate marketing portal, and has over a decade of experience in sales and marketing and two decades of experience in technology.
