Brian was simply amazing. We live in WA and had a unit in Trinity Beach. We contacted Brian towards the end of the tenancy so that we could put the unit on the market as soon as possible. Brian went to do an appraisal and it was only then we found out that our tenant had caused a large amount of damage. The Property Managers kept downplaying it. Once the tenant was out Brian assisted us in obtaining quotes for all the repairs and he basically managed everything for us. I did visit from Perth to finalise the tradespeople to be used but Brian truly went above and beyond everything and anything that was expected of a real estate agent. He even cleared out a storeroom and dumped the contents on his afternoon off. He was simply amazing and a really helpful and genuine guy. Don’t know what we would’ve done without him. He also arranged someone to stage the property at a very reasonable price. It looked great and as a result we got an offer 5 days after listing.
