This was not the easiest transaction since there although there was a lot of interest initially the market was a little flat. This was complicated by a sale that fell through after exchange of contracts owing to mortgage problems. Throughout Brian retained his calm determination that reassured me that he would continue until he procured the sale. In the end there were tight time considerations since NAB (Hong Kong) private banking was closing. Although I was in Hong Kong and could not deal with the situation personally, I had full confidence that Brian would prevail and am very pleased that he managed to bring about a sale with a happy buyer as well as a relieved seller. I have sold about 8 or 10 properties altogether and would recommend Brian as being the best agent I have engaged.
