Trustworthy agent with great communication & authenticity

Brooke was very communicative and refreshingly honest during our dealings with her. She answered all questions quickly and engaged in fair negotiating which we greatly appreciated after some negative experiences with other agents. She was engaged but not overbearing and was very easy to deal with in a usually stressful process. Many agents could take a leaf out of her book.
