My experience with Bryan Hanson has been satisfactory. He is a great communicator always replying to emails and providing as much information as possible. I was a buyer and though I had a little difficult time with the vendors/tenants - Bryan was able to sort out most of the issues. He tries his best to help. I definitely recommend him and now his team is also manging the same investment property.

We never met but we communicated well through emails and completed the deal successfully. He is a good facilitator to balance the interests between buyer and seller. Bryan and Leslie represented us in two sales around the same period achieving two outstanding results. We had the two investment properties and took their advice re presentation and promotion and it worked out exceptionally well. What a tremendous auction campaign! Could not recommend Bryan and his colleague Taryn highly enough –they worked together as a team and not only were we fully informed right throughout the entire process, but after multiple bidding on auction day, we got well over our reserve! That is all on top of the fact that Bryan saved us literally thousands on advertising costs that most other large agents charge without unnecessary newspaper advertising. My sister and I had to sell our dad's unit and we chose Bryan for our agent. We'd never sold anything before, so it was all new to us. We thought it would be a lot harder, but Bryan guided us through it every step of the way and made it an easy process for us. He kept us informed with regular phone calls and texts, which we very much appreciated. He is such a nice man ~ friendly, professional and very accommodating to our needs. We both live an hour or more away and Bryan met us whenever we could get over to Hoppers, on days and for times that suited us. Bryan is one of the best agents I have dealt with so far, if I can, I would give 6 stars for his communication skill. It's about 6 years from I first met him, and his has returned every single one of my msgs, emails, phone calls, and always honest & well prepared. Highly recommended.
I engaged Bryan to sell a block owned by my deceased Father. Portarlington proved to be a very slow market. It took approximately 3 years to get an offer. Bryan managed to secure a sale with this buyer who subsequently pulled out of the contact. Bryan was very supportive and down to earth. He was straight forward and gave us the information according to the market and was very clear. He dealt with a difficult tenant at one time we had and because we decided to sell again and was very professional and kept us informed throughout the whole process. We believed if anyone would sell it ,it would be him although it wasn't quite what we hoped for due to market, however the deal was done and he tied up the loose ends.
