He sold my property on the first open for inspection and negotiated a right price for my property. He kept me informed all the time about the offers he had received and through his expert negotiating skill, negotiated it to the price I was ready to sell. I will definitely not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who wants to sell their property. It was easy, stressless, and everything was taken care of from the word go till settlement.

I engaged Bryan to assist me with the selling of my property. At the start of the process I was having issues with the tenant and the tenant disappeared. Unfortunately, the agent managing my property left her job at about the same time and the person assigned to help me to deal with the issue did not seem to have the right skill, knowledge and experience dealing with complex issue. I was very lucky that Bryan did provide a lot of sound advices to help me dealing with the issue. In the end, everything went alright and I cannot thank Bryan enough for his help. Once the tenancy issue was sorted out, Bryan was able to present a couple of interested parties. What I like about Bryan is he is very knowledgable when it come to both the property and the prospective buyer. He did not rush me but he provided me with a lot of relevant options and information to assist me making the decision. In the end the whole selling process ran very smoothly and the last time I compared the price I got from the sale (more or less six months later), it was still at the market. Thanks Bryan.

Instead, he provides very accurate figures and related information, even if it’s less than your expectations, which helps you to plan your future nicely. He is very efficient in Selling and always very friendly. The inspections for our property were well organised and feedback was promptly communicated via emails & phone.
