Bryan sold our home. He is a very experienced Real Estate Agent, especially when it comes to the valuation of the property. Bryan doesn’t believe in providing inflated figures and false advise to get your business. Instead, he provides very accurate figures and related information, even if it’s less than your expectations, which helps you to plan your future nicely. He is very efficient in Selling and always very friendly. The inspections for our property were well organised and feedback was promptly communicated via emails & phone. Bryan provided us with all the information and support needed to sell our property in an efficient and responsive manner. He still helps us by providing his expert advise when required even though he is not currently hired but only because he believes in goodwill and making long term relationships. I am an interstate investor and looking for a reliable and trustworthy agent do not come easy. However Bryan not only display professionalism in his field, he is also very sincere in looking after the interest of the investor/home owner. I remember recommending my friend property in Point Cook for Bryan to sell but the market was quite soft then. Bryan suggested if possible, hold on to the property first and wait for the up turn. The market did turn around and through Bryan recommendation, my friend is able to sell the property at the price he wanted. We sold our house with Bryan not long ago, and it was the most positive experience we have ever had with a real estate agent! We only got in touch with Bryan after purchasing a property that Eview was selling, and we did not know much about the agency. However, we have in the past dealt with many real estate agents (both for selling and purchasing properties), and we cannot stress enough how positive and refreshing Bryan's approach was in comparison. Bryan was extremely realistic, he did not tell us what you want to hear simply to make us happy. Rather, he used his expertise and breadth of experience to give us unbiased information, thereby allowing us to make an informed decision by ourselves; rather than swaying us towards a particular option (which we have had a lot of in the past). We did not feel pressured by Bryan, nor did we ever sense that he was being idealistic, and this is because Bryan empowered us with the decision making regarding our home. Our house sold for more than the asking price, and it was all due to Bryan's approach. He was honest, he did not sugar coat things nor did he pressure us or the buyers, he is a no-frills and straight to the point person, and these are particularly refreshing traits in his industry.
