When the property handed over to Bryan, the tenants have kept the property in a filthy and messy condition, he even got a staff member and a photographer cleaned the house and took a lot of amazing ad photos for the marketing campaign. We used Bryan's services to assist us sell a block in Torquay, which was quite a distance from his sales office location. We did this principally because we had experienced his work as a buyer as well as his rates being competitive against the local agents. We had previous experience with a local agent of paying substantially more costs - whilst we had also been happy , we came away thinking that the extra money wasn't necessarily well spent. Anyway after talking to Bryan a couple of times I really liked his manner. In our buying experience with him I thought he navigated well when working for the seller but keeping us feeling like we were looked after. When selling, I felt he was definitely working for us and his experience was valuable. I remember thinking we should try and squeeze our seller for a little more and discussed this with him. He advised us against it and in reflection as our awareness of the financial predicament of our buyer increased, I believe we would've lost the sale if we had've undertaken that course.
