Sara, Scott and Kristy did a fantastic job of selling my home. Right from the start they were very professional and honest on how to market the house what we could do to get the best possible price. This included having the house painted, replacing carpet in bedrooms, the team gave us names of tradesmen to get the work done. Also having the house staged rather than showing it empty. During the time the house was on the market we were kept updated on people viewing the house and there opinions, offers made and recommendations on how to proceed.
