We have had a great experience purchasing our home through Sara and her brilliant team. Everyone has been extremely easy to deal with and professional every step of the way. Sara and her team have kept us informed and up to date throughout the process. Many thanks to Sara and everyone at Starr Partners

Sara, Scott and Kristy did a fantastic job of selling my home. Right from the start they were very professional and honest on how to market the house what we could do to get the best possible price. This included having the house painted, replacing carpet in bedrooms, the team gave us names of tradesmen to get the work done. Also having the house staged rather than showing it empty. During the time the house was on the market we were kept updated on people viewing the house and there opinions, offers made and recommendations on how to proceed. Even after the house was sold they kept in touch with the progress. Would highly recommend this team of dedicated professionals. T

Sara and the team at Erskine Park are professional, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We were kept informed at all times during the process and even though we purchased our home nearly 30 years ago (through the same agent), the daunting task of selling our home was made very easy. If we had any questions or concerns, Sara was always available to answer them openly and honestly. Sara’s expert advice regarding the market was invaluable. We would have no hesitation in recommending Sara and her team.

Sara and Kristie have been great to deal with through the whole process. Considering the unique market Star Partners attracted plenty of prospective buyers to the open homes. Great communication with me at all times.

I found Sara to be quite knowledgeable about the local area her and her associates kept me informed at all times. The price I eventually got for my property was much less than anticipated but that was mainly due to a downturn in the market caused by COVID-19 thus affecting prices and people being able to look at the property I am sure if it wasn't for COVID-19 then the selling price would have been higher

Sara & the team at Starr Partners were more than happy to arrange a meeting with the seller around settlement time to show us how everything worked. They even sent us a To Do List of things to arrange before settlement in case we forgot. Very friendly.

All staff we were in contact with were extremely polite, professional and respectful. They were all very easy to communicate with and made us feel at ease throughout the whole process. Would definitely recommend them

Sara, Kristie and Abbie are a wonderful team. These lovely ladies provided a positive experience purchasing my first property. I can not thank them enough for their support, guidance and reassurance throughout the entire process. Thank you!

Sara is a passionate, dedicated, hardworking professional sales agent who is open, honest and very communicative. From the onset, Sara provided exceptional advice in regards to selling my property and was always there to answer questions I had or explain anything was unsure about. Sara kept me informed at all times and even after the sale of my property, contacted to me to see how everything was going. I would highly recommend her and her staff and would not hesitate to use Starr Partners to sell your home.

Sara is very professional and friendly. Very accomodating and we never felt pressured through out the buying process.

Sara and the team were amazing. They were so helpful and friendly. They constantly kept me up to date throughout the whole process. Sara has such a great knowledge of the area and her and the team were always an absolute pleasure to deal with. I couldn’t have been happier and I am so grateful that I used Sara and her team. They really helped me and put my mind at ease through this whole process. I strongly recommend them if you are thinking of selling or buying.

We found Sara down to earth and easy to talk to. After falling in love with the property they had shown us and reading all the reviews about her ( yes we are first time buyers ) it was an easy choice to use her for the search for our first home. I found Sara very helpful & easy to work with and our needs and requirements were respected throughout the process. Very good support throughout the buying process from negotiating to assisting and with steering us in the right direction. I highly recommend !
