This included having the house painted, replacing carpet in bedrooms, the team gave us names of tradesmen to get the work done. Also having the house staged rather than showing it empty. During the time the house was on the market we were kept updated on people viewing the house and there opinions, offers made and recommendations on how to proceed. I found Sara to be quite knowledgeable about the local area her and her associates kept me informed at all times. The price I eventually got for my property was much less than anticipated but that was mainly due to a downturn in the market caused by COVID-19 thus affecting prices and people being able to look at the property I am sure if it wasn't for COVID-19 then the selling price would have been higher
