This was my first experience in selling house so I was very confused and unclear on the procedure, getting house prepared for inspection and the complete sales process. I spoke to few local agents and I was still not getting confidence and speaking to Scott gave me that confidence. He explained me the complete process by coming down to my level and then helped me getting the house ready for inspection. Normally other agents don't give any real help unless you signup with them but he went extra mile for example by giving us his trusted handyman's contact for getting the house ready for inspection.
