Scott is a true professional who has an intimate knowledge of the market, a caring and engaging personality and the skills and experience to understand the needs of both the vendor and purchaser. He first understood my needs, discussed options, gave sage advice and then developed and implemented a 3 phase plan to sell my home. Despite an unexpected lockdown he was able to manage the process to sell in the 1st phase. Scott was result oriented, practical and transparent with his communications. Although we didn't get the price we were after we believe it was the best outcome that was achievable at that point in time given our circumstances.
