Scott George is a member of an extremely knowledgable and professional team at Barry Plant Manningham. The sale of a long standing family home was treated with respect and regular communication was provided throughout the emotional process leading to a very satisfying result on auction day. I would not hesitate to recommend Scott George and the team at Barry Plant Manningham, led by Spiro Drossos, to anyone wishing to sell their home.

Our experience with Scott was extremely positive. For those people who have a negative opinion of real estate agents, this will be undoubtedly reversed if you deal with Scott. He was professional, knowledgeable, informative and most courteous every step of the way. We knew exactly how the marketing campaign was progressing after every open house inspection, and received a comprehensive set of statistics at the end of the process. The icing on the cake was the excellent result at auction.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Scott. He helped us navigate through the whole selling process and sold our property with minimal disruption to our life. He really knew his stuff and gave us plenty of pointers to improve. Personable and extremely efficient, I highly recommend Scott.

From the first time we met with Scott we knew we didn't have to look any further. He was extremely knowledgeable and honest all of the way through our process. Scott was able to keep us calm throughout the entire campaign and his communication was superb. We couldn't be happier with the end result and our decision to list our house with Scott and his team.

Scott was referred to us by a friend in the industry. He was described as an expert in apartment sales. Shortly after being introduced Scott sat down with us and explained the sales process as well as his strategy for selling our apartment. Both Rosslyn and I were very comfortable with Scott, he was open and engaging and developed our trust quickly. Everything that we discussed happened in a timely manner and Scott and Barry Plant delivered on their promise. We sold in two days after one showing with seven parties for our full asking price. We are very happy indeed and can't speak highly enough of Scott and his team.

I can’t speak enough of Scott as a realestate agent. His professionalism, local knowledge, honesty and work ethics are first class. I would recommend Scott to whoever is looking to buy or sell a home.

Scott and Ryan team is absolutly one of the best. They have all knowledge and expertise to move your sale forward smoothly. My sale experience was great, and I highly recommend Scott and Ryan

“Many circumstances made the sale a less straight forward proposition but Scott remained positive and achieved our desired result”
