After meeting with the client and working out there was no suitable floor plans in my off the plan development, Scott still managed to secure the sale but redrawing a plan that did suit them right in front of the client. What is most amazing is the redrawn plan had no impact on the buildings design parameters. Scott's in depth knowledge goes well beyond sales and in normal circumstances the client would have bought elsewhere.
Ever experienced inspecting a property and not hearing from the agent afterwards? During the uncertainties of 2020 the buyer was naturally cautious to commit. Spiro and Scott communicated well with the tenant which was critical for the inspections, and general smooth running of the marketing period. They kept us well informed of the marketing progress, with details about interested parties. They also promptly attended to an unexpected gas leak in the unit, which occurred whilst the tenant was away - so greatly appreciated their timely response to what could have resulted in a dangerous situation.
