Scott worked extremely hard to secure the sale of this penthouse apartment. The purchaser an ex-builder and very astute person spent several months and several meetings doing their due diligence. After careful deliberation the purchaser bought the largest apartment for sale in the building.
These purchasers were originally looking to invest in a 2 bedroom apartment. Once Scott had established their overall plan he managed to lead them to a better 3 bedroom option that would suit them to potentially downsize to in the future.
The purchaser of apartment 304 had weighed up their options several times. Working in the building industry made them cautious but after much research on the development they eventually purchased. Scott managed to negotiate a sale that was in the best interest of both the purchaser and I.

The property sold at the bottom end of the expected market price despite unexpectedly high internet interest. Part of the cause for this may have been because the property had a "Local Heritage Overlay" which did cool buyer interest once this fact was made known. The property was very saleable as a 4 bedroom family home in a very good condition. Scott did work very hard and despite the sale price being less than we sort, we did try to reward him by increasing the sales commission paid.
