Solomon actually talked us out of selling our 1st property which was a huge positive for my husband and I, we had Solomon, among other agents over to discuss selling our Cleveland property (principle place of residence), Solomon's opinion was very different from any other agent we spoke to, he has a knowledge and passion like no other and that really showed, all other agents suggested incredibly inflated prices to try and get our listing. We decided to sell our investment property instead of our principle place of residence due to Solomon's advice (a decision that I am incredibly grateful for making).
