Prior to engaging with Solomon to sell our home, we had a particularly bad experience with another local, supposed "reputable" estate agent. This original Estate Agent initially valued our home and when the house didn't sell after a few weeks, they tried to convince us to accept an offer of $100k less than what they valued it at? Communication with this company was poor to non-existent therefore our experience of Estate Agents to that point was not good.
