I was quite disappointed with the sale of my property at Sunnybank. i.e: Sale Price. In my opinion the area exceeded your market knowledge and at times communication between interested buyers and your agent became perplexed and as time went on I felt the care and concern became less and less. May I suggest that if you are going to sell properties in Asian dominate areas then employing staff with the ability to converse with vendors and real estate agents would be beneficial to your company. Thank you for the gift box, however it failed to impress considering the amount of commission you made from the sale. The sparkling wine was off and the snacks were from Aldi. I do not want to sound ungrateful but if you request a review from me and would like me to recommend other sellers and buyers to you, then expect me to to be forthrightly honest. Solomon did what he set out to do and sold our house quickly and at a price we were happy with. However, it was a very stressful time due to their lack of communication (we were not even told when the house went on the internet). Luckily found it ourselves so we could confirm our opening times. Had to keep ringing regarding having signs put up (didn't happen) . Should I mention that no-one even turned up on one opening time? There didn't seem to be a problem with communication once the house sold !

Firstly they achieved a 20% price premium over what other high profile Raby Bay agents told us we could expect.
