If you want the best price, you need to be prepared to work to his instructions but from my perspective it has worked well. 18 months ago I was disappointed with my current agent being unable to sell my residential property and decided to try Steve. He sold it within a couple of weeks. This time I wanted to sell an investment property and he had offers coming in within a week. He can ask a lot from you, as in preparation for sale, but he will get you the best result. I highly recommend Stephen Thomas.
