We went with Steve Thomas from Edge because of his experience and reputation. We were not disappointed and we had 6 offers above asking price on the first open house. Steve explained each step of the process. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Steve Thomas from Edge Realestate.

I have never worked with an agent like Steve before. He advised us what we needed to do to make our home market ready. He connected us with professional trades to do this work. His perception of how we needed to present it was impeccable. I have bought and sold several houses in the past and the process has sometimes been difficult. Steve made it go like clockwork. We took his advice every step of the way and it sure paid off.

Steve was extremely helpful and supportive when it came to the sale of my parents family home, my mother was able to sell the house and this was made easier with the support from our agent Steve Thomas. We found that Steve explained every aspect of selling and made a huge difference when we sold the house on the first weekend. We were very happy with the result and would thoroughly recommend Steve to anyone selling, we are about to list our home with Steve and know he will be the best agent for us.

Steve achieved the new suburb record price of $1,300,000 in Fadden for us in one week. His depth of knowledge, insight and communications skills sets him apart from other agents. He is an expert in downsizing. He is a great listener and expert in downsizing with many suburb records. Let him appraise your home, you won’t be dissapointed, he is genuine and highly skilled and competent. It seems sometimes the brands that scream the loudest are not always the best . Call Steve at Edge.

I engaged Steve to sell my unit during the start of the whole Covid environment and the accompanying restrictions. Even though we weren't allowed the traditional open homes, Steve still managed to find me a buyer by taking individual appointments to show people through. He also found me a temporary tenant to cover the period it was empty which helped my situation a lot. This is the first time I've sold a property and Steve made it so easy, in fact we arranged everything without having to meet once, which was beneficial during these Covid times.

My house sold in under two weeks! I was very happy with the styling, photography and marketing. Steve was very knowledgeable and helpful.

We sold our house in unbelievably short time with the least hassle at the best price we were hoping for. From the first meeting he proved himself of his professionalism and the confidence, made me feel at ease. Selling house couldn't be any easier without him. He is insightful, competitive, punctual and down to earth. His has broad knowledge not only in property market but extensive areas and he is a superior communicator he shares all his resources easiest and funniest way. It was such a great pleasure to work with him. Also, he surprised me through the process of sale by exceeding expectations. His after sales service was also exceptional. (When I sold houses in the past, i never got to talk to the agents again...). I already have recommended him to people who is looking for selling houses and I will to anyone without a doubt. Thanks again, Steve, you are a legend, if we ever need to sell or buy a house, I wouldn't hesitate to choose you over anyone else.

SteveThomas - director of Edge Real Estate has sold 3 properties for me over the last 10 years. I have found him to be someone who knows the industry well. I was extremely happy with his help, advise and professionalism. After very disappointing results with other Real Estate Agents (before meeting Steve) I can safely say that I would not use anyone else other than Steve Thomas from Edge Real Estate to sell my property.

Steve came highly recommended by a friend so we were happy to discover he lived up to the review. Steve is swift and efficient and most importantly delivered the result we were after. Great to see an agent taking an innovative approach to a classic industry.

Steve's communication, professionalism and knowledge was great. I was interstate and had tenants which he managed brilliantly (knowing how difficult tenants can be), and was able to get a good price in a tough apartment market by showing the great qualities of the apartment. He was very helpful with ideas and updates and worked very hard for a great result. I would definitely recommend Steve for a hardworking and personal experience and for someone who delivers great results.

Steve was up front and honest about the sale prospects for my house. After completing work on the house inside and out on a Wednesday, photos were taken on the Thursday morning and the house was listed later that day. Steve conducted 16 private viewings on the Saturday and more on the Sunday. This was a really significant effort taking the entire day. This was at Easter so a time which would normally see people relaxing. He received an offer over the weekend which was acceptable to me and provided appropriate advice. We waited till the Tuesday at 12:00 and the offer was accepted. Exchange happened the following day with running around getting contracts to the right place undertaken by Steve. From photos to sold in 5 days over the Easter weekend - a fantastic effort. Excellent communication and advice throughout the process. Steve did all the work for which I am very grateful. Very happy with the service provided

I met Steve when he sold us our house in Holder and I was impressed with his approach. Steve recently sold my apartment in Kingston - he managed to secure a buyer off market and the price exceeded my expectations. The whole process was quick and easy for everyone. He's great local knowledge, is friendly, hard working and competitive on price. I would not hesitate to recommend Steve and he will be the first person I call when we are back in the property market.
