We purchased a home in the same complex as the one in which we were living (Gardens @ Gowrie) and we used Steve Thomas in buying our new home and selling our old one. Steve worked with great persistence. There were a few technical issues with the property which we were not totally aware of before the residential report was prepared.But he kept going with openings. 150 people viewed the property. Steve made it seem so easy!!!...listed and sold prior to auction in LESS THAN 3 DAYS at a price that exceeded my expectations.
