Sugath was very good to work with in selling our home. He suggested a strategy that was not our first option but we trusted his knowledge and judgement and this worked very well for us. If we sell again in the local area Sugath will again be our agent of choice.
We were so satisfied and thankful to you and your staffs at Stockdale and leggo for helping us to sell our property at South Morang at your very best.
In an unregulated agency environment Sugath and his team provides a bit of hope. His record speaks volume. A professional in the true sense. Sold our property in quick time with no hassle to both parties. Post sale I purchased another property through another agent, the experience made me value Sugaths effort.
Very helpful Made me understand things clearly and kept me updated
Sugath is a down-to-earth real estate agent. He is professional, reliable and helpful. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy/sell a house!
At the first appointment with Sugath, I was impressed with his professional presentation, friendly and personable style and obvious knowledge of our local real estate. His professionalism and optimistic approach made the whole selling process a lot easier than it seems. Sugath's trustworthy advice and exceptional negotiation skills helped us to achieve a result beyond our expectation. Sugath, thank you again and we hope to cross our paths with you again in the future. I would have no hesitation in recommending him for any real estate endeavour...
I have known Sugath for the past 7 years since he helped me acquire my first property. During this time, he has proven to be a dedicated agent who not only helps his clients achieve the best possible outcome, but also establishes and maintains excellent relationships with all his previous clients. His help and dedication in helping me sell my property was second to none. He fully understood my requirements and delivered on ALL expectations in the quickest time possible. I will definitely be using Sugath's services for all my future property buying or selling and I highly recommend Sugath to anyone who is looking for an extremely dedicated and honest agent.
I found Sugath to be honest but fair, did not mislead us or paint an unrealistic picture to encourage us to sign up our property under his listing. We were kept informed at all times with updates & provided us with the most professional approach throughout. He also assisted us in the obtaining property with the best of his ability. Recommend Sugath for anyone who wants trust in their agent.
Sugath is a smart and hardworking expert. His abundant experience in this market helps to him focus in his targets and set goals. He is a professional in his attitude to accomplish the sales fulfilling the customer requirements. He sold my block of land and got me the price I wanted. Highly recommended Agent.
