Caine responded to our enquiry within a couple of hours on a Sunday all whilst having a wife going into the early stages of labour. He even came and showed us through the house that day which is dedication for you. Good communication throughout the process and was very helpful in educating us newbie acreage buyers. We had some issues with banks during the settlement process but Caine always assured us and kept us up to date. We recently sold our house in Melbourne and were hugely impressed with our agent. During our search in Townsville there were very few agents I would have wanted selling my house but Caine was certainly 1 who I'd happily have selling my property.
