Cain knows his market and did not shy from the shortcomings of the property and was very subtle but convincing in plugging the better aspects. Negotiations were swift and smooth and follow up access to the property was easily arranged. My experience with Cane was very good he showed me through the house I put a Offer in and he got back to me straight away from the owners And he made a long settlement date for me as my partner is working overseas and she doesnât get back to the End of April And I put the offer in at the end of January so they held it for 3 months for us đ
