We chose Cain as he sold our neighbours home and when approached about selling ours he was really positive from the get go. Cain was always contactable during and after work hours and was always flexible with his time when bringing people through our home. He was honest about the price, which we really appreciated, and was always very polite. I'd definitely list with Cain again and have highly recommended him to other people I know who are selling their homes.

Page and Pearce are a good realestate agent. My only concern is that because it is no fee up front that they don't publish the house as much as other agents and not giving it the best chance it could. Cain was a great agent to have and helped me when I needed it I highly recommend Cain as a agent.
