Steve was very helpful throughout the process. I found him to be transparent, particularly in giving a helpful & informative price guide for an auction which included similar sales in the area. Overall, it was a nice experience when real estate tends to be a headache.
I was very happy selling the property with Dan Cooper. Dan kept me updated throughout the process and his understanding of the market is considered and precise, as he is very experienced. He was able to negotiate a great price for the property in tricky market conditions. His staff are great communicators and are very easy to work with.
We had previously bought the property from Zac and found him to be very friendly and easy to deal with so when it came time to sell we knew we would use My Morris. Zac provided invaluable and honest advice about timing, the market, strategy and what we could do to the property to help achieve the best possible result. We felt that Zac genuinely shared our desire to see the property do well and his efforts in preparing the property for sale went above and beyond.
