Engaging Cameron Whitnall to sell my parent's home by way of Auction was the best thing I have ever done. At he start, Cameron undertook a comprehensive appraisal of their home comparing it with the market, and had the information back to us promptly. He provided us with a calendar showing the timeline of when things were to be done, when the planned open inspection days were and finally when the the Auction day was to be held. Along the way we were provided with reminders of what was to be done and what was happening next, plus written feedback on open days along with telephone calls advising us of what prospective buyers were saying in regards to the property.
