The market in Canberra for apartments is currently pretty saturated, and we knew we would be in it for the long haul. We had a long standing lease in place, and were keen to minimise disruption for them as much as possible. Cameron worked patiently with our tenant over a long period of time, and with each potential buyer - particularly as a number of interested parties suddenly surfaced within a few days of each other.
