Well, that was very easy!
Cara Bergmann and her respective team made the daunting task of selling a house seem like a breeze. And what a light westerly it indeed was! Here’s an agent who never clocks off; a person who dedicates themselves to the needs of the customer (which is the pillar of great salesmanship) and had put a sold sticker across the sign on my yard at a price that made me grin from ear to ear. Consider me surprised.
Within a couple of very busy open home Saturdays of which the principal of the agency herself and team were all present at, Cara had me on the phone with a price that she knew I’d be happy with and didn’t waste time by regaling me with a chorus line of silly offers that weren’t reflective of the current market which she naturally received in the meantime. This gesture was appreciated and that’s when I knew I chose the right agent.
Harcourts and their concentrated, personalised team had family-like approach with each member doing their part to get my house sold as seamless as possible whilst being able provide me with all the answers that were required pre and post sale.
Other agencies I’d had earlier approached felt cold and were more self-focused - grandstanding with their ability to sell at a great volume and quickly - an approach that had no appeal to me as after all, I wasn’t looking to cut and run - just after a lifestyle change after my decades in Albany Creek. I felt that I didn’t want to be another tally on someone’s leaderboard and deserved better - doesn’t everyone who is selling their house?
One thing that’s most endearing about Cara is her straightforwardness, good sense of humour, her exceptional knowledge of the area and most of all, the very personalised approach where you’re most happy to see her name pop up on an email or phone call - day or night, weekday or weekend as it’s always going to be good news.
