Cara is professional and focused and oozes confidence. These talents put the client at ease, which is important in transactions such as this one. She is a natural. She delivered on all her service promises. My style in dealing with agents is to "test" them with questions and remarks from "left field", usually absurd / humorous. Their answers are not what I seek, it is their reaction to being challenged unexpectedly that tells me how genuine they are....trust. If they stumble, I know I have taken them out of their comfort zone. Cara passed all my tests 100%. She is genuine, not scripted.
