This began with realistic appraisals and great advice on the way to handle the sale. At no point did we feel pressured to head down a particular path. The advice included referrals and advice on pre sale improvements which were inexpensive and quick. In-fact their guidance limited the scope, due to their experience, from what were initially prepared to complete. Ultimately it didn't impact on outcomes but saved on our sales costs. They were so supportive during this period. Their appraisal and advice was correct. They were very accomodating dealing with a number of family members involved, and sought to communicate with everyone. They went beyond what was required to help. Their communication throughout the sales process was thorough and the sale was a success.
