Over the years, we've discovered that it's never easy selecting an agent, and we haven't always got it right. In the case of the sale of our 2/2/1 Everton Park unit, we got it right - Cara and her team were excellent. Communication to/from an agent is always important. The communication level to/from Cara was perfect. The plan for marketing and OFIs was clear and execution was exactly what we wanted.
