I gave 2 stars purely because the house did eventually sell and the gift basket lol I think for the last 2 years agents have only had to put a sign up and the property gets sold. But now they need to work harder to get a sale. Cara first attended my home 4 weeks after my first open home. The morning of my first open home she advised me (via a text)that she had to “duck in” for an operation that day and that she had no prior knowledge that this was going to happen. I learned later that this wasn’t true. I would not have signed a contract with her knowing that she was going to be out of action. Communication was extremely poor and minimal advise given. I was not even told that an offer had been put in. First I heard was when an email with a contract came through and no prior discussions. Overall, my dealings with Cara were disappointing.

Cara and her team, especially Ella have been amazing to buy through. The support and assistance in buying my home has been well beyond what I’d expect from a real estate. You won’t regret working with this team- thanks is not enough.
